I was thinking of getting a magazine subscription and wanted to know if anybody had any recommendations?

tropical fish hobbyist is very good. it has a lot of different articles and good monthly columns.

Don't know what is like now with it's rebirth, but when I bought magazines, My favourite was FAMA, Freshwater and Marine Aquarium. I think at the time it was because it was all aquarium, with no herps. It also seemed more leading edge. I have no idea what it is like now, as I haven't seen it (or TFH), in years.

I buy FAMA when it's at the lfs, but not too often. It's pretty good too.
