Pros and cons?

Great for gill health, helps keep alkaline down, used to treat Ich. Helps to release Co2 from fish

I have heard arguements for and against it. I personally don't use it. I don;t have a good reason why not though. I'm interested to see what others post.

I don't have a reason why I use it...I just always have. I've never experienced any negative effects from it.
