Aquarium space

So I was at the LFS getting a plant and saw this beautiful hi fin platy. His dorsal fin was GIGANTIC like he had a dorsal fin that was like a betta's. Anyway i'm wondering if i have space in my pretty stocked tank to squeeze him/her in.



1 angelfish

6 cory cats (2 inches full grown)

1 sumo loach

4 platies

1 swordtail

1 oto cat

1 bulldog pleco

Edit: Tank is 35 gallons

Is this for a 40g tank? You did not mention it but a 40g was listed in your bio.

Tank volume added to the bottom of the first post.
When in doubt, you could always plug in you tank size, filter, and stocking into AqAdivsor and see what recommendations and suggestions it comes up with.
