I've had my aqueon 26 gallon bow front on an ikea expedit for about 2 months.

It seems to be very solid and capable... however the fact that I'm putting so much faith in ikea furniture was beginning to worry me. So I bought a real aquarium stand (ameriwood 26 gallon bow front stand).
File Not Found
My dilemma... my tank is on carpet, and the ameriwood stand seems to be kind of wobbly. I have not put the tank w/water on it yet, and don't know if the weight will keep it steady. The ikea stand seems to be working perfectly, but I'm concerned about long term. I know some other people have experience using the same ikea stand, haven't really heard of any major issues. Thoughts...?
