Argg! How do I start Eheim 2215??

I just got this pump, eheim 2215, but I have no instructions, obviously there is an intake and outtake part, but I don't know which one is which. I can't seem to get it started. I have been filling up the tank and blowing on both parts I can't seem to get nothing started. Please help!!
