Currently I have the following
7 jumbo neon tetra
7 neon glofish
1 algae eater
2 Dalmatian mollies
3 guppies

Can I get the angel?

Kinda depends on the size of the tank as well, however, the glofish and the neons could become lunch to an adult angel. I have never had this problem, but it is common. Other than that concern, I don't think you would have a problem if the tank is large enough. Angels need room for their fins so a 29gal is the minimum in my opinion. Good luck!

Don't be surprised if you guppy population declines when the angel gets bigger. Other than that, I don't see any problems.

I just happen to walk by and spot them. I know they can be aggressive too but they are beautiful!

Also how well is my tank stocked now? Do I have any more room for future fish? If I keep them small.

IMO, you'd have been all set getting the angel, a pair of them even. Judging by what you have now, you have quite a bit of room to add some new inhabitants.
