Baby cherry barb food

I think one of my six cherry barbs has laid eggs in the last few minuets what is the best thing to feed them and how do I make it??

There are fish in my tank that will eat the fry what is a good way to keep them safe without making a long trip to a good fish store that is an hour or so away.

Your input is greatly appreciated
