Are baby whale fish aggressive or semi aggressive and can I put one into my 29 gallon tank

What's the scientific name if you know?? Never heard of a baby whale fish?!?

I saw one up in petco and they had nothing on it but it's called a baby whale fish it looks like a mini whale in away I never heard of them until today I tried looking them up but all I found out was how to take care of them

These fish are shy and territorial. I would say that a 55 gallon tank would be the minimum for one of these fish. They are really delicate so observe them before you buy them and quarantine them.
