Bee Shrimp

I fell in love with this shrimp and can't get it out of my mind! So I have a few questions... What size tank would you recommend for keeping this shrimp? Tank set up ideas? Any one have any experience, I've read a bunch on them but nothing compares to experience. Also tank mates are there any? Thanks a bunch!!

Would a 8 or 13 gallon work? Or maybe a 10 gallon? What type of plants would be good (I know they like plants)? Need caves? Foods? Etc?
