What rocks are these. It depends for what fish, and what type of rock. Like some rock's buffer pH, some contain toxic stuff such as heavy metal, ect.

You can do a vinegar test to see if they will affect your pH.if you put white vinegar on the rock and it fizzes, it will raise the pH in your tank. If not, just scrub them in some hot water and they should be fine.

Yeah Also, don't forget to clean the rocks well.
