Best Fish Food?

What's the best fish food, in your opinion, for a tropical freshwater community tank?

This would be the daily food for a tank that houses: neon tetras, guppies, cories, amano shrimp, an angelfish, a swordtail, a gbr, an oto, and a clown pleco.

Currently, they're fed tropical fish flakes (I believe Tetra brand, but I can't recall at the moment) daily and frozen bloodworms once a week.

This question has been asked and answered many times. I think it would probably be beneficial to read the previous posts, as there are so many opinions, many of which probably won't be posted again since this question is asked so often.

I use ocean nutrition tropical flakes... and thats all.... I never use live, frozen, or freezedried.... is that bad?
