Best food for Guppies & Gouramis - newbie needs advice

I need some advice on food for my "tank buddies". I'm setting up a small tank at work with (3) Male Guppies and (1) Male Neon Blue Dwarf Gourami.

What foods do they need? Do they eat any of the same things?

Please Help when you can..

Food

Hi. Gouramis and guppies, like all tropical fish, do best on a varied diet. Both prefer to feed at the surface first, mid tank next and bottom feeding last. Get a variety of high quality flake food and suplement it with the occasional live food. Your fish will be happy and healthy. - Frank/Guppyman®
