Best water conditioner?

What is the best water conditioner in your opinion? I'm almost out and I'm debating on either seachem prime or API tap water conditioner (What I currently have). Any other suggestions welcome!

Prime is hands down the forum favorite due mainly to how concentrated and thereby cost effective it is.

Not many people use it, but pond prime actually seems to be the biggest bang for your buck. Since it's for treatment of large amounts of water, it is VERY concentrated, more so than regular prime.

Seachem. Pond Prime
It's nice.. but when all I want to do is change out 5 gallons of water that tends to be a bit much with 1ml dechlorinating 20g of water
