Betta Fish Eye Problem

Today I bought 3 female bettas. All look very juvenile. My question is one of the betta has a big black blotched eye and the other eye looks normal? Is this going to be a problem. I couldnt leave her at Petco so I purchased her. Other than her eye her behavior is normal and she is eating.

Also one female is semi aggressive however she has mating lines on her or do those lines show also when being aggressive?

well actually i guess this has turned into more of a femal betta fish problem not jsut the eye the bigger girl went after the small one so I removed her put her in her own tank the other two however dont seem to mind each other. They are in 7.5 gallon tank.
