Betta versus Snail jello

I want to try to make snail jello but will it be safe if my betta might try to nibble at it. And if I want to give my snail a fresh blanched green bean will this be OK? I was thinking about the shell portion of the green bean similar to the pea shell thing they can't have. Thanks.

Your Betta should be unharmed if it sampled some snail jello.
