Betta With Dwarf Puffer ?

I viewwed a site that some on advised me to look at and it told you what fish could go with other fish so i checked out the dwarf Puffer one and well it said that I could have a betta with one.

Is this true because I really want a better lol.

hm...I personally would not suggest it. Dwarf puffers are fin nippers and bettas sure do have a lot of fins!

I would give about 2-5 days before said betta would look like he lost a fight with a weed-trimmer.

I would be very careful of what you put with a dwarf puffer. THey nip at everything, not only fins.

I also thought puffers were colder water fish than bettas?

That would probably be the single worst pairing of fish that could ever be conceived by the imagination of man. A notorious fin nipper and a slow, long finned, rather lazy fish.

No offense, of course. Just an observation.

when i had dps i had a few otos, they got nipped every now and then, but were left okay overall..

yeah puffers go with nothing. except other puffers. 2-5 days? id say around... 45 minutes 8O

Ummm nope no way ..... nope ... puffers are semi to aggresive bettas are peaceful community...
