Y BGK has this red bump on the bottom of his jaw it's pink and looks like a pimple and something sticking out of it. Does anyone know what it is ?

so after throwing the question out in the chat room we figured out it was an anchor worm, but I dont understand how it got in there seeing I havent added anything new in a while without the qt time. I got the whole thing out and I have to treat still but its out
