Is the spray bar supposed to spray water over the top of the wheel (B) or under the wheel (A)?

As for the spray bar, mine also goes "under". I don't think it makes a big deal as long as the wheel is turning, but when I tried the spray bar "over", it splashed a lot more. Figured I didn't need the water dripping off the filter cover so I went with "under".

Mine also goes under the wheel. I think if it goes ove the wheel, the water has a longer distance to fall and will make a lot more noise.
