Birthing/Holding Tank

When my female platy and guppy are ready to pop at the same time would it be okay to put them both in a 10g together?

They are buddies... Not ready to pop yet, but just wanting to know for when time comes.
I realize they both have possibility for eating fry...

I would think so, I have done it before with a mollie and a platy. They were fine seems its normally the males harassing the females when their close to dropping fry. Good luck

Okay thanks.. Was just checking size also.. But generally a platy and guppy could be kept in a 10g anyway in terms of stocking... Right?
