Black and gold mystery snails

I seem to have trouble keeping gold snails alive. The black ones do fine. Does anyone else have trouble with gold mystery snails? Is one heartier than the other? Also, Will snails survive/thrive in a koi tank? Thanks for replies!

That's really odd Same species and everything? Wondering if the fish get them?

Hi, I've had the same experiences with my snail's, the Gold sadly not lasting very long, I always put it down to the fact that they need cooler water than the other's and they're more sensitive to changes in parameters. So I usually avoid them now ☺

55 gallon elephant nose tank.
30 gallon boraras , red longfin bristlenose, bamboo shrimp, crs,rcs and different snails.
7 gallon halfmoon betta and red ramshorn.
