Petco and petsmart have 50% off all live animals. Petco also has 50% off all aquatic plants. They both have some other deals as well.

Don't know if you're referring to strictly brick and mortar stores, but I've been looking at Mr. Aqua tanks the last two days and I believe they have 15% off those tanks at Marine Depot. I don't know about what else
