I've been keeping him for a week now in a 25gal with 2 GBRs, 2 upside down and a tiger catfish, but it seemed that he's been chased all around, and is spending a lot of time hiding within my Java ferns, so I've been thinking of putting him with my tetras. by putting aside the tank size [since my black ghost is only 1" long], can I put him in 1 tank with my 13 cardinal tetras in a 25gal tank ??? will he chase the tetras off ??? what's the best to feed the black ghost ??? can i just feed him flakes or dried tubifex or frozen blood worms ???
i though it should be fine because i saw this

The BGK should do well with the tetras at this age. Besides, as he grows, you are going to have to find something bigger then 25 gallons to house him. Something that is atleast 75 gallons.

BTW, the BGK is a nocturnal species. IE it will hide all day long.

I hand feed mine:

I feed em: frozen Beef heart, frozen and live blood worms, live earth worms (byfar his favorite), super soft pellets, and live ghost shrimp.
