Black Phantom tetra ok? - Aquarium Advice

In my 29 gallon I have 5 glolight tetras, 5 neons, 5 gold tetras and plan to add 3 black neons and possibly a few hatchets up at the top. I wanted to add like 3 black phantoms but I have heard they can be agressive. Would it be ok to add these or is that too many fish?

it should be fine dont put anymore fish after that though or it would be to many.

You have room for the black phantoms, keep them in a group and they should not really bother anyone.

I have had terrible luck keeping these alive specifically. No other issues in my 38g tank with any other fish.
