Black skirt tetra turns white?

I have noticed that my Black Skirt Tetra will turn almost completely white.... can anyone tell me why??

It is normal, they do that once the light go on, or if they are stressed, you are cycling your tank with fish and that could be the reason.

Mine turn white when I turn the light on, when I do PWCs, and any time I put my hands in the tank lol

I had read somewhere that it was normal, just making sure! Mine does the same thing... it is normally after the light has been turned on, when I stick my hand in the tank, or while I'm doing the water changes.. Thanks guys!
