I have a planted 10g divided tank with 2 bettas.
I just found a bladder snail in the tank. I am battling a bit of an algae problem so I am kinda considering not worrying too much about it (they are kinda cute). It's just the bettas so the only food source these guys would have is the algae and dead plant material (that I do try to take out regularly).
Do these guys multiply extremely fast? Am I better off actively trying to get rid of them?

Personally I don't mind snails or any type in my tanks, some people find they drive them nuts lol. They will breed fast but their population is very much determined by how much you feed. If you think they will annoy you I'd smush them now before you have more, your bettas would enjoy the treat
