I purchased 2 large Holey Rocks at my LFS and they appeared to be white. Well, upon soaking them in a bucket and seeing them once they are wet they take on a brownish tint. I have seen many people have them that are stark white in their aquarium, so i was wondering if i could bleach them, or if there is any other technique i could use?

Use vinegar instead of bleach, its what most if not all of us use anyways. I doubt anyone would really recommend the use of bleach unless it is truely necessary.

Just normal vinegar or apple cider vinegar or what, and what ratio to water? I currently have them soaking in treated tap water to try and get any dust off of them

If its solid stains ect just put direct vinegear and let em sit in there, if its weaker things you wanna remove or clean, 1:1 ratio water.
