I have an established tank (55gal), all water parameters are fine, no new fish or plant additions for 6 or more months only change to aquarium was switching to eco-complete form gravel 10 days ago.
A female guppy which always seems to be pregnant is once again bloated but it does not look the same as all previous times.
Looking for feedback from all those that are smarter than I! Anything to be concerned about?
