blood worm?

I was just cleaning one of my tanks when i found what looks like a live bloodworm. i've never feed my fish live bloodworms... i feed them freeze dried ones the other day but this one is moving. i am beyond confused. Click image for larger version

Check your fish. It might be a camallanus worm. If it IS you'll see them wiggling out the back end of the fish sometimes. They look like bloodworms.
