Today i visited my LFS to buy foods, and found that they were selling live bloodworms. I bought a container of them, and although I do have a bunch of them, they will eventually run out. The salesperson told me to put them in my Fridge (but not freezer) so they last longer. However I want to breed these guys so i have a never ending supply of them.

I have a spare 1 Gallon bowl gifted to me that I don't really use, could i just dump them in the bowl with water, and throw in crushed fish flakes to stimulate reproduction? Google isn't helping much.

Aren't bloodworms mosquito larva? If you bred them wouldn't you just have a house full of a blood sucking pest? Haha maybe I'm wrong

Blood worms are evil.. I'm very allergic to them. :(
