Blur Gouramis and Unkown Fish And tiger barbs

I have a tank that currently holds 3 blue gouramis about 3inch long and holds 3 unkown fish of the same size that are light brown with black fins and dark brown stripes, i have another tank that holds 7 tigerbarbs they have outgrown that tank is it safe to move them into the bigger tank thank you? also think 2 cory cats will be ok as well i know gouramis can be territorial thank you for any advice.

what size are the tanks?

the smaller tank is a 10 gallon and the bigger is a 30 gallon

I think they should be fine, in the stores I've seen gouramis and tiger barbs live together fine. Only seen the barbs bickering with each other.
