bolivian in a 20L

I was wondering if i could put 1 or 2 bolivian rams in a 20 gallon long tank with 1 oto, and 1 upside down cat?

Sure go for it! I would do 1 unless its two females, even then you need two caves and a lot of cover

I am going to have a big piece of wood in there and some cichlid stones and a ton of artifical plants so would that be ok?

yeah but keep an eye on the upside down catfish as many species are sold under that name and many of them happen to be very aggressive sounds like a good stock though.

Mine hasent ever been aggresive even when my pink kissing gourami (that i bought as a dwarf) tried to eat it.

I was wondering if the otos or the cat will eat the bolivians eggs?
