Botia?
My botia dug this huge pit in the corner of the tank, but there are no female botias in the tank. He's the only one. So why did he do it? He is sitting in the bottom of the pit.

It could be the natural response in animals to roproduce. Even though there may not be any females in the tank it may still be acting on the natural instinct that is programed into it to build a bed and lure a female so that it may reproduce the species. That would be my guess. [acronym:b2bebc843b="Hope this helps (or) Happy to help"]HTH[/acronym:b2bebc843b]
