Brackish Testing

OK, I am setting up a 10g Brackish Tank, I have started my fishless cycle and have my Salinity at 1.005. I purchased a Mardel Test Kit that says for FW or SW, with a SW scale and a seperate FW Scale. One LFS says use the SW scale, and one says use FW since Brackish is closer to FW then SW. I have searched for over an hour here and cannot find my answer.

Help which scale do I use FW or SW?

Both! Actually I don't know. sorry. Maybe someone else can give you an actual answer?

I had a brackish tank and my test kit said to use the FW. So, that's what I used and never had any problems.

True brackish is right in between FW and SW (right?).
