brine shrimp breeding

I just received some bring shrimp eggs and have them in the hatchery now but I would like to feed a few to my fry then put some in a one liter tank I have set up with salt water, air filter and heater. What else would I need to get them to breed and how do I harvest the eggs and dry them out like the packaged ones. It would save me money and ensure there disease free, any help would be greatly appreciated
