is there any place that i can find a cheap brine shrimp hatchery unit

i have gone to all my [acronym:60f828e77c="Local Fish Store"]lfs[/acronym:60f828e77c]' and they say check online, now i have gone online and looked but shipping for it is rediculous specially if its a 10$ item

so maybe i'm asking a place with free shipping...lol

Why not just build one out of a 2L plastic soda pop bottle (or a jar) and an air-pump? Simple, quick, and practically free.
