Bristlenose catfish

Okay so in my 3ft african tank I have 7 common bn, they are appox 2.5 inches and I can see 4 males maturing,

how long until they breed and when they do what should I do? If I leave them in there will they grow up? And do I have a alright ratio.

you should have caves with sand bottom and feed them blood worms for a week or until the females are big and plumped and clean the water like 50% a week and they should start to show signs of like picking their own caves.
