brown hair algae

we have cycled our tank with the red sea starter and we have a 65 gallon tank everything is good except a little high on the nitrate it seems the brown hair algae has come back again what is going on and now my bartlett anthias is hiding not sure if this has anything to do with it or not but getting frustrated about this algae

It's your nitrates.

Do some water changes to get nutrients in check and it should start to go away over time.
