Bubbles/eggs

I am pretty new to this, so I hope someone can tell me what has appeared on my heater in the last couple days. I have had a bout with ich so I am very concerned. Any and all advice/information is appreciated!

Looks like bubbles, normally eggs are all one size and these very silvert bright and are irregular in size and shape

I thought it was bubbles but I guess I am paranoid after the ich. I lost several fish to it. Thank you!
