On second thought, i might be more conserned about high frequencies with the glass. The only thing i can think of that should break it would be resonant frequencies which should be up there pretty high. Especially on the thin glass of a 10g.
Really though, i would not worry about the glass. Glass is much stronger than most of us give credit too, and can also flex quite a bit.
