Can I feed this to my fish?

Can I feed my fish Zoo Med Sun Dried Red River Shrimp? I will chop it up first
The nutrition profile is-
Crude protein- 59%
Crude fat-8.5%
Crude fiber-3.5%
Moisture-9%

I think you could if you chopped it up as a treat.
