Can i mix these fish? 100L

I'm setting up a 100L fish tank can I mix these fish?

2 keyhole cichlids
1 weather loach (not sure about this)
1 guppy
5 otos

I can't speak to the rest of the prospective inhabitants because I don't know much about them -- but the one thing I do know is that weather loaches are cold water fish and the rest of the inhabitants are tropical -- so mixing them would, in my view, not be optimal.

Okay iv kepted them in a tropical tank and they have been fine but okay I'll keep them in a cold water tank thank
