Can I use RO DI water in my planted/fish fresh water tank

I have a RO DI for my salt water tank I have a lot of RODI water can I use it for my fresh water or is it way to clean

I sometimes use part tap/part distilled or RO water to lower TDS and or soften water for my Shrimp. It can be used. But if you use just RO/DI you should remineralize it.

If you use it in a fw planted tank be sure to use a remineralizing product made for planted tanks such as Seachem Equilibrium.
