Cannot find server

This may not be appropriate... But here goes...

Anyone else having trouble bringing up a certain group of folks on the net that are "Fanatical" about "Pleco's" (Chile beats around the bush)?
I haven't been able to pull them up for two days now.

Forgive if I transgress for I'm blind and seek enlightenment...

There have been a couple of spamming trolls taking over many fish sites, causing them to shut down. I have made every site I know of aware of their IP addresses. I am hoping the admins are paying attention & refusing them entry to their sites.
