I've seen chili rasboras at petsmart occasionally. Never seen em carry CPD. Another lfs has only had them once, and then only two or three of them.

We have an aquarium store full of fish but they don't carry any of them. No Cpd or ros.

Some private LFS (non chain stores) can order certain fish, doesn't hurt to ask. There's very few fish that can go in a 10 gallon tank. If nothing else, maybe a male betta and some shrimp. Or you could try a betta sorority. Some females can still be aggressive tho so caution advised.
