changing conditioners

I'm thinking of changing from aquaplus to tetra's aquasafe. Since they have different ingredients and chemicals, is it safe to mix them? I'm thinking they're going to mix in the tank when I do a water change.

I did this a while ago. I simply started introducing the new conditioner through water changes. I don't think you will have any problems.
