Chemical levels

I have a 55 gal fw community tank with

3 Lemon tetras
3 Black skirt tetras
3 Hi 511 tetras
1 Clown loach
3 gold barbs
2 DG
1 kuhili loach
1 Bolivian ram
2 Julli Cory's

I just purchased the API fw master kit and was reading the directions for it and was just wondering what my levels should be at for my fish? Any help would be great thanks!

Ammonia, nitrite at zero.
NitrAtes as low as possible.
pH at/near 7.0.

Your Cory's and loaches really should be in larger groups because they are very social fish!

Yeah that's what everyone says about them. Everyone tells me to up my amount on my tetras too. I am adding more Cory's but I think I'm pretty stocked already
