Clean up crew

Is there any fish or anything that cleans up fish poo iv been wondering lately and i want to know

Gravel vacuum is the best way. Fish don't really eat poo, just left over food.

They don't necessarily 'suck up the poo' they use some of the nutrients in it as it breaks down. It's kind of like cow poo on a garden.

Everything poops. I have seen my snails eat poo before, then then they poo. Also, they do not eat just poo. So, in general, no there is not a fish to use to clean up poo. Plants break down waste that ened up near them though. But, vacuuming the gravel is the best way to take care of fish poo IMO.
