Cleaned filter differently

So I cleaned my filter different I left it running while I pulled my internals out and rinsed the filter out in tank water I put in a bucket now I have all this crap in my tank making it cloudy will this go away pretty easy

Ps the fish seem to be eating a lot of it is it just left over food at the bottom of the filter

Its likely just old debris like you said, it will clear up/settle within a day I would think, depending on how big the filter is and tank.

I wouldn't worry.
