Cleaning dusty aquarium

So the store I was trying to buy my new aquarium either somehow lost it or didn't order it like they said.
So looking around I found a 55 long tank that I liked on kijiji.
So being a used tank that's been shut down for a while... it's a little dusty.
What's the best/safest way to clean the dust off the glass?
Will just water on a cloth do it?

Spray or splash some water on the glass first just in case there are any big pieces of dirt that might scratch the glass. Then water on a cloth should do it.

What about hard water stains? How would I get those out?

Plain white vinegar, rinse well after with plain water.

Doesn't matter if you rinse well afterwords.

I find a cloth with some water / vinegar works well on hard water deposits.
