cleaning inside of tank

Any suggestions when it comes to cleaning the interior of the tank? I heard white vinegar is good. But how does one go about it?

yes, empty tank when I change the water...no fish.. just little turtles

So it has turtle inhabitants?

I'd just clean the glass with a scrub pad and call it a day.

If there is indeed no inhabitants then yes clean with vinegar and let it air dry and you are good to go.
